Agjencia Pyjore e Kosov\u00ebs ka mandatin p\u00ebr menaxhimin e pyjeve, dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr rregullimin e pyjeve dhe tokave pyjore, administrimin dhe menaxhimin e tokave pyjore publike dhe pyjeve n\u00eb Parqet Komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (p\u00ebrve\u00e7 atyre q\u00eb i jan\u00eb caktuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb eksplicite ndonj\u00eb organi tjet\u00ebr qeveritar me ligj).\n\nN\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst, FAO synon t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtoj\u00eb nj\u00eb sistem informacioni q\u00eb do t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb si nj\u00eb mjet TI p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbuluar nevojat e APK-s\u00eb n\u00eb kryerjen e mandatit t\u00eb saj t\u00eb menaxhimit t\u00eb pyjeve.\n\nZhvillimi i KFIS-it synon t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb ndihm\u00eb p\u00ebr zbatimin e politikave dhe strategjis\u00eb pyjore t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, duke mund\u00ebsuar dhe\/ose leht\u00ebsuar prodhimin, ruajtjen, p\u00ebrpunimin dhe shk\u00ebmbimin e informacionit pyjor. N\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet informacionit m\u00eb t\u00eb sakt\u00eb, gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebs, \u200b\u200bt\u00eb p\u00ebrdit\u00ebsuar dhe t\u00eb konvertuar n\u00eb statistika, menaxhimi i pyjeve do t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsohet n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha nivelet administrative.\n\nSIMK do t\u00eb zhvillohet si mjet i TI-s\u00eb p\u00ebr APK-n\u00eb dhe si i till\u00eb do t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00ebn mir\u00ebmbajtjen dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb e APK-s\u00eb n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi t\u00eb MBPZHR. Meqen\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb parapar\u00eb si mjet i APK-s\u00eb p\u00ebr zbatimin e mandatit t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb, dizajni i sistemit synon t\u00eb pasqyroj\u00eb organogramin sipas t\u00eb cilit funksionon APK-ja, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht, do t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb sistem q\u00eb ka nj\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnash qendrore n\u00eb APK. T\u00eb gjitha zyrat komunale t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, gjasht\u00eb zyrat koordinuese rajonale dhe APK-ja do ta p\u00ebrdorin k\u00ebt\u00eb sistem. Institucionet tjera relevante dhe qytetar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs do t\u00eb ken\u00eb p\u00ebrdorim t\u00eb kufizuar n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn.
