We are pleased to announce that the Executive Director of the Kosovo Forestry Agency, Mr. Fidan Dema, has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the National Forestry Agency of Albania. This memorandum marks an important step in strengthening international cooperation for the protection of natural wealth and the management of forest resources between our two countries.
This cooperation will enable:
🔹 Improving forest management and strengthening capacities for their protection.
🔹 Exchanging experiences and best practices to face the challenges of climate change and compliance with sustainable development objectives.
🔹 Expanding bilateral cooperation in the field of forests, to contribute to the integration of the Republic of Albania and the Republic of Kosovo into the European Union.
This memorandum is an important step for the protection of nature and sustainable development in our region.
