Article 10
DIRECTORATE FOR MANAGEMENT OF WILDLIFE, HUNTING AND ECO-TOURISM
1. The duties and responsibilities of the Directorate for Wildlife Management, Hunting, Grazing and Ecotourism are:
1.1. Ensures the implementation of applicable policies and legislation for sustainable management of pastures, wildlife, hunting and eco-tourism;
1.2. Provides support in wildlife management and protection;
1.3. Cooperates with relevant actors for the development of activities.
2. The head of the Directorate for Wildlife Management, Hunting, Herding and Eco-tourism reports to the General Director of the Forestry Agency of Kosovo.
3. Within the Directorate for Management of Wild Animals, Hunting, Grazing and Ecotourism are:
3.1. Sector for M.K.E, Hunting and Eco-Tourism;
3.2. Pasture Management Sector.
4. The number of employees in the Directorate for Management of Wild Animals, Hunting, Grazing and Eco-Tourism is twenty (20).
Article 11
Sector for WM, Hunting and Eco-tourism
1. Duties and responsibilities of the Sector for MKE. Hunting and Eco-tourism are:
1.1. Ensures the implementation of applicable policies and legislation for sustainable management of wild animals, hunting and eco-tourism;
1.2. It coordinates activities for the management of wild animals, hunting and eco-tourism and cooperates with relevant actors in their development.
2. Leader of the Sector for MKE. Hunting and Eco-Tourism reports to the Head of the Directorate for Wildlife Management, Hunting, Herding and Ecotourism.
3. The number of employees in the Sector for MKE, Hunting and Eco-Tourism is Fifteen (15).
Article 12
Forage Management Sector
1. The duties and responsibilities of the Grazing Management Sector are:
1.1. Ensures the implementation of applicable policies and legislation for sustainable management of pastures;
1.2. Provides support in the revision of by-laws for the management, preservation and growth of the pasture fund;
1.3. Draws up plans and monitors their implementation for the protection and use of pastures,
2. The Head of the Grazing Management Sector reports to the Head of the Directorate for Wildlife Management, Hunting, Grazing and Eco-Tourism,
3. The number of employees in the Pasture Management Sector is three (3).
